Three men have filed civil lawsuits accusing actor Kevin Spacey of sexual misconduct that they allege occurred between 2000 and 2013. According to the court filings, one claimant asserts that Spacey engaged in repeated inappropriate behavior, while another alleges that the incident took place at the Old Vic Theatre in London, where Spacey served as artistic director from 2004 to 2013. This claimant states that the alleged experience led to emotional and financial harm.
Two of the individuals involved had previously made similar accusations in a criminal case in the United Kingdom, where Spacey was acquitted of nine charges after a full trial. The British court has now proposed a provisional start date of October 12, 2026, for the civil proceedings. Authorities noted that the cases may be heard jointly or as three separate trials, a decision that will be determined as the process moves forward.
Spacey has denied all allegations and has already submitted written defenses in two of the cases. In prior public statements, he said he has never offered professional opportunities in exchange for personal favors and maintains that the claims against him are unfounded. The matter remains at an early stage, and all allegations will be evaluated within the established judicial process.
